The Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam has invited the artist John Baldessari, California 80, to perform an action entitled Your name in lights, which consists of the following: there will be a great hundred-foot light panel long in the Museum Square (Museumplein Amsterdam) that will change every two seconds with the names of people who register.
The sign of colorful LED lights have all the aesthetic of the marquees on Broadway or Hollywood movies. The names will be among the 1st and June 28th over 24 hours a day. You can search any person and include the names their families and friends. A message will announce in advance when you play your turn.
